Your mobile number, phone number, and SMS consent data will NEVER be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. These details are used only to send you the messages you consented to receive from Golf Code IQ™ and to operate the text messaging service.

• With Service Providers — to monitor and analyze usage or to contact you on our behalf
• With Premium Partners — solely to verify your Golf Code IQ™ membership status for benefit redemption purposes

Golf Code IQ™ may provide golfers with educational content, course information, rewards, promotional offers, and sponsored opportunities from participating golf industry partners, including golf equipment manufacturers.

Where permitted by applicable law and the golfer's communication preferences, Golf Code IQ™ may send promotional emails featuring products, services, rewards, and offers from these partners.

Golf Code IQ™ may also receive golfer contact information from participating golf facilities to provide authorized course-related services. Such information will be used in accordance with applicable agreements, privacy requirements, and permitted purposes.

Golf Code IQ™ will not provide individual golfer email addresses to third-party manufacturers for their independent marketing unless the disclosure is permitted by applicable law, relevant agreements, and the golfer's applicable privacy choices. Manufacturers and other third parties do not have the ability to export or access golfer email addresses through the Service; any such access requires separate written authorization and applicable privacy review.

Each email marketing choice is recorded with the golfer's preference, the date and time it was made, the version of the disclosure shown, and where the choice was captured. Email addresses collected directly through registration are tracked separately from email addresses received from participating golf facilities. Golf Code IQ™ does not automatically enroll course-provided contacts in marketing communications, and course-provided addresses are kept separate from Golf Code IQ™'s independently authorized marketing audience.

Golfers may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those communications. Unsubscribed addresses are added to a suppression list and will not receive further promotional emails from Golf Code IQ™. Unsubscribing does not affect essential account emails, such as receipts, security notices, and certification results.

If you voluntarily opt in, Golf Code IQ™ may send recurring marketing and promotional SMS messages to your mobile phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP. SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Golf Code IQ™ only texts people who have explicitly agreed to receive messages. Here is exactly how consent happens:

• Web form checkbox. When you enter your phone number on our website forms — such as the certification challenge sign-up form — you are presented with a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Your mobile number is only added to our messaging list if you personally click that checkbox before submitting the form. We do not require SMS opt-in to use the Service, and consent is never bundled into the terms of a purchase or other agreement.
• What you see when you opt in. The checkbox is displayed directly beneath the phone number field, together with the following consent language: "Text me Golf Code IQ™ updates, rewards, and reminders. I would like to receive recurring marketing messages via SMS from Golf Code IQ™ at the number provided. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. • Record of consent. When you check the box, we store your opt-in status, the phone number, and the consent language you saw, so we can demonstrate your consent at any time.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything or of using the Service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, and we also honor HELP, and any other opt-out keywords, in accordance with industry guidelines.

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security or legal reasons.
