9 things to know before you go
When to Show Up
Arrive 5–10 minutes before your bay reservation to get set up and select your course or game mode.
Where to Check In
Check in at the front desk upon arrival — staff will direct you to your assigned simulator bay.
Keep Up the Pace
Simulator rounds are self-paced. Plan on roughly 1 hour per player for 18 holes. If you're running behind, staff can adjust remaining play time.
What to Wear
Casual attire is welcome — no golf-specific dress code required. Clean, dry shoes only; no cleats or spikes.
Cart Rules
Not applicable — indoor simulator facility. No carts or pull carts inside the bays.
Warm-Up Options
Each bay features a TrackMan-equipped simulator with full ball-flight data, a putting pad, and club fitting capabilities. Bay rentals include unlimited range mode for the duration of your session.
Local Rules
Course rules follow the selected virtual course. Out of bounds and penalty areas are auto-detected by the simulator. Re-hits are not permitted during scored rounds.
Etiquette Here
One swing at a time per bay. Keep noise respectful of neighboring bays. Clean up any turf debris and return all rented clubs to the front desk after play.
Playing Conditions
Indoor climate-controlled environment — play is consistent year-round regardless of weather. Bays are well-lit with adjustable lighting for simulator display.
